i need know if i have herpes or some other issue.i have little bumps around my labia, and my vagina hole seems to not feel smooth anymore. i have no burning when I Urinate or anything. i’m only itchy after i shave. is it thrush? is it bacterial? is it something else? i was tested back in october with a pap smear and i was normal, but have had sex with multiple other people, only one with condoms and the other three without since then. please help!!
the quality of the picture isnt great! the little areas of skin at the vagina could be warts but the picture quality isnt great ! in terms of herpes its hard to say

with genital herpes never have symptoms!, you visually may look fine but still have it! its not included on most std panels as its not seen as a big deal by medical professionals!
maybe get another screen and ask for these.
i cant see what u think is abnormal but if your worried get tested that way you have no doubt and can be treated if it is herpes
