I picked off my wart (mistake) and now it looks like this, what should I do?

Hi, so I'm a class 5 idiot and I picked off my wart. So I have had warts before. Now, I wake up, and its really painful and looks like...this. What should I do about it? Or is it just like, a scab forming?
