ive been seeing a guy for three months and started hurting down there… at first i thought it was cause i was dry… i thiught i got cut down there … but then i felt bumps .. i got a swab and im waiting on results… but i know i have herpes simplex 2… im in so much pain… cant pee without crying and im bathing in warm baths and applying ACV … im not one to take meds .. has anybody else gone thru this without meds .. how can i make this go away faster .. any home remmedies? im
new to this and would appreciate any advice plz… this pain is unbearable … i do have sores … at least 9 and theyre so painful… one of my lymphnodes on the crease in between my leg and vagina is swollen… i dont feel good but i know its the stress of finding out someone i trusted could do this to me and im scared …
hopefully you get results soon! you could have either hsv1 or hsv2.
you will get through it but it will be torture. i was 10 days before i could take meds and it was possibly the worst thing ive been through in my life. even with meds first outbreaks can last 3 weeks or longer!
even if you take the meds now you dont have to take them forever. but they really help. any outbreaks following will never be this bad!
-if you dont want to try the meds try the topical herpes ointment. its not really used for ghsv but may help.
-lysine and multivitamins. look up lysine diet
-warm baths with epsom salts and tea tree/lavender and then pat dry or dry with the cool air on a hair dryer
-air as much as you can
- local anasethic or salt and warm water to help pee
-pain meds - ice packs between two pairs of underwear
- sleep
so its ok if i dont take meds..? and yes i will try that… does it need to be regular epsom salt? cause i have some but it has coconut oil .. i have a pain ointment but its lidocaine is that what youre talking about… this is extremely painful .. thak you for advice im scared and really need it
