Hi . So to keep this short . I have BV. Not sure the last time I had it to flare up. I’ve also had chlyamida once before. Now I think I have herpes. Two weeks ago I received oral from this guy. I didn’t notice any symptoms. Like a dumb ass I had sex with him unprotected this past Sunday which was 9-9-18. And on 9-10-18 literally the day after I noticed this open wound or whatever you call it on my vagina. I’m really depressed. My appointment isn’t until next Monday. And a hurricane is coming. My symptoms are BURNING IN THE VAGINA. It burns BAD!!! I can barely sleep , eat , focus at work. I’m in pain. My vagina lips BURN. I went to the ER for unrelated issues Monday morning. They took my pee b/c they always take your pee at the ER. I guess she saw white blood cells in my urine and decided it was a UTI. Mind you I went to the ER for something different so I didn’t think to get her to look at my vagina. I didn’t notice the opening sore on my vagina until I got home from the ER. I’m just depressed. I hate myself . And I’ll try and post a picture. Maybe this will help someone and keep me sane.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. With the hurricane coming that sounds like a very uncomfortable situation to be in! I know how painful the first outbreak is. If you want to post a picture through a computer I can let you know my opinion if it presents its self as herpes. To ease the pain I recommend peeing in a bath tub so the stream of urine doesn’t hit the open lesion. Warm baths are also good with Epsom salt. I have a few herbal remedies I can recommend you as well to dry the lesion out but ideally you’re going to want to get a valtrex prescription ASAP so you can start fighting the virus and stop it before it gets worse. I’m here for you if you have any questions please feel free to message me. I’ve had BV before, have also had chlamydia, and was diagnosed with genital herpes (hsv1) from oral sex. I know how difficult of a time it is and that’s why I come on here to help other people in the same situation. Feel better and good luck with everything.

Does it itch in the vagina ? Or jst burn ?
I’m so scared . Well it itched yesterday like a yeast infection would itch but today it’s a full blown burn . And see the thing is I’ve been burning for months now . My doctor told me it was the sugar in my urine because I’m prediabetic but this lesion or whatever . I’ve never had one before . It could be so many things and I’m praying to God he has mercy on me.

To me, this doesn't look like herpes but as I am not a doctor I cannot say for sure.

Hi Kathy, I would go back to the ER and tell them you need to be checked. I know it’s stressful and somewhat embarrassing but you will have some peace of mind and RELIEF if you find out what’s going on!

Hey everyone its 9-13-18, 1:59am . I’m at the ER. I told the PA of my concerns. She just left me sitting in this room waiting to tell me if it’s a yeast infection or whatever results they can get back now. Of course I know the STD tests take awhile to come back. I told her of my concerns of herpes. She said she saw no lecision but it’s there . She just didn’t really seem to care. They only test for herpes if there is a lecision but I know it’s one there. Smh. I work third shift and I actually left work and came to the ER cause the pain was getting to me so bad. My poor vagina is burning. Well I’ll keep you all posted . Oh yeah the hurricane is supposed to hit us in North Carolina on Friday. I pray for anyone else who may be in its pathway. Be safe !
Me again . It’s 3:28 am. Just was diagnosed with a yeast infection and bv. I’m going to keep an eye on the lecision I saw. But will update everyone on the STD results when they come on. Side note they think somethings wrong with my kidneys.
Wow that happen to me where I had a yeast and bv was so annoying itchy and painful and I don’t think you have herpes. And wow you thinking about herpes but you may have something bigger den that like kidney problems
I’m really about to lose it because of the hurricane alllllll stores are closed I couldn’t fill my prescription and dollar general doesn’t carry Monistat! It sucks. So you understand the pain of BV and yeast infection at the same time. Yeah . I’m like omg possible kidney failure. I think I’m in denial . They haven’t really given me for sure answers . But God has a plan. I just can’t believe my health is trying to f**k up like this .
Wow Kathy, sorry to hear that. Maybe you can keep your prescription paper or maybe if you go evacuate, you can go to a sister( sand company, different name) pharmacy that will have your prescription on file. Hope all is well.

If anyone cares . I was negative for trich , chlymadia, and gonorrhea. HIV not back yet but I pray to the good Lord that’s negative. Also Syphilis blood test done but not back yet .
Hey. If anyone is still reading. I have these bumps on each side of my vagina lips. Not anything painful but its got me freaked out. So i had my yearly exam today. Showed my doctor a picture of the initial outbreak from SEPTEMEBER that i thought was herpes and she said yeah it does look like herpes. so she did the blood test for HSV1 and HSV2. Talk about depressed. My docotor lowkey pissed me off with her "yup looks like herpes" but its not her fault that i decided to give myself away without protection but, she's very blunt anyway. SO... just waiting on results . im depressed as fuck.
