Sensation feels like an itch but when I go to itch… it’s almost like it’s deep so I can’t itch it. The skin feels weirdly smooth and almost a little numb. I had no clue this mole existed.

Do get that mole checked out. Any mole that itches needs attention. It may be nothing at all but you do need a doctor or dermatologist to give you a proper diagnosis.
