Hi, so I was officially diagnosed with HSV 2 sometime mid-January with an IGG level of 1.42. I’ve only ever been with one person and he is my current boyfriend. After I received the results I immediately texted him about it and he was shocked and surprised because he doesn’t believe he has herpes or he gave it to me. This led me to believe that it was maybe a false positive, especially since the IGG levels were so low. However, a couple of days later, I was examining my vagina and I noticed these blisters around my vagina/labia and I was really concerned! They didn’t hurt, not even when I went to pee. The only time I felt they were there was when my underwear brushed against it or when I wiped after peeing and it just felt like slight irritation, nothing painful. P.S. this was the first time I’ve ever had blisters like this around my vagina and no I did not get them swabbed. I didn’t have any fever or sore throat either. Please help, thanks.
