It could be something completely normal if it was to be something dodgy I’d guess hpv. Get to your gp or Clinic and get it checked out
There is one fleshy, round part that looks like it may be HPV. The others look like VP to me. Obviously it’s hard to say anything definitive from one photo, and I’m just giving a personal opinion. Definitely get it looked at by a medical professional and get some tests done to know for sure.
