I wanted to get some advice on a test that was done on me that may point to Diabetes

Hi. I had a test done on my awhile back and there were a few red flags that I want clarification of.

One is about a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel which claims I have a high level of Creatinine at 1.53.

Report as followed:
Elevated cholesterol noted, make sure to eat mostly vegetable diet, low fat/cholesterol, reduce saturated fats, increase fiber. Exercise at least 20-30 minutes 5 days a week

Mild reduced kidney functions noted similar to prior, stay hydrated and avoid nsaids

The other is from the Lipid Panel Fasting which brought up the issue of LDL Cholesterol at 116 mg and Non HDL Cholesterol which is at 133 mg.

It states:
Elevated cholesterol noted, make sure to eat mostly vegetable diet, low fat/cholesterol, reduce saturated fats, increase fiber. Exercise at least 20-30 minutes 5 days a week

Mild reduced kidney functions noted similar to prior, stay hydrated and avoid nsaids

All that out of the way I can’t guarantee that this is a warning sign of Diabetes(I’m OK with the moderators moving this to the righ topic forum if need be), but whether or not, i’d like the details on what to do and where to go from here.
