I've just started using an OTC supplement called IBGard. It got excellent reviews, as did IBSFormula.
Has anyone else tried either of these, and if so, what is your opinion on its value?

Everything is better so far. I have to see if it's lasting at all. Good luck. I'm very encouraged. It could be because of my new antidepressant, but I don't know. I know one thing. At this point I'm going to keep taking it.
