IBS and redundant colon.

I have IBS and also a redundant colon, found this out when I had a colonoscopy, I am pretty sure it's relevant, anybody else in the same boat, and your views, thanks.

Sorry I can't offer you anything but I've been debating the idea of a colonoscopy for a whole. Do you mind telling me what a redundant colon is?

From what I understood a redundant colon is an elongated colon, longer than the norm and maybe floppy in parts with more turns, if you have a colonoscopy they may not be able to finish the procedure due to extra length and folds, this is what happened to me, and this is what I was told.

Oh wow that sounds difficult maybe I should get a colonoscopy then
