So I've been going threw a flare up for a month or two in two weeks i finish taking prednisone that my GI prescribe which hasn't helped. I have diarrhea internal bleeding and cramping im also 6 months pregnant. my GI doctor prescribe me probiotics today soo My question is has anyone taken align probiotic? Has it helped and in how many weeks did u see results?

Hi, I've been taking VSL probiotics which really helped with my IBS. But you have to take for several months. It is not scientificly proven to help, but my gastroenterologist suggested and it did help.
Align has milk in so if that wont bother you should be okay but probiotics do see to help
Yes i just need it to help a bit are u still having frequent restroom trips? Or is it less now
I am lactose intolerant should i give my doctor a call to see what other probiotics to take?

You can call your Doctor Bot there are alot of options for Probioics just make sure you read the label carefully
