I’m only 17!! And I’m terrified if I have herpes

I am so scared whether i have herpes or not. ive been googling all i can but i have not seen any pictures that look like mine it first started looking like this

but after a day bumps have flared. it hurts whenever I get urine on it but it does not itch. it hurts to touch , and to even sit i can literally feel that it is swollen down there. please help

i wish i could but i don’t know how to tell my mother. its hard trying to hide the pain though

thanks for the honesty. hopefully i can get tested sooner than later
