Je me remets du coronavirus et de la pneumonie et je ressens de l'anxiété concernant ma santé, m'inquiétant constamment.

Every time something doesn't feel quite right I think something has come back. I am frightened to go out or be anywhere near anyone. I am just constantly worrying about everything but mainly my health.

The recovery process can take some time before you feel much better again. as long as you don’t have any of the symptoms of fever, cough, severe weakness, etc. your body will recover at its own rate. Just take it easy and you can still enjoy things just give yourself breaks every now and then if you feel tired.

try not to overthink this. Our mind can always go to the negative and cause us to feel fear. But those thoughts are not based on fact they are just based on fear. Always remember that. One day at a time .
