I am so hoping someone can help me. i had injectafer iron infusion 8 days ago and have dizziness almost to the point of passing out ever since. i was so worried I went to hospital and they said they have never heard of that as a side effect and its just vertigo. My blood pressure is normally 122/78 and now 98/65 and pulse is 62... normally 80-85. hospital sent me home. i am at a loss on what to do as i can barely stand i am so dizzy and nauseous. Has this happened to anyone else???
