So I’ve had this problem for a while, and even when it first occurred I tried to find whatever I could on the internet, and at the end just figured it was golfer’s elbow. From what I read I figured I just shouldn’t do whatever makes the pain kick in, and if I can do some forearm exercises, which I did. it’s been a few months for sure from when I first noticed it, but I’m still having trouble with it. I don’t feel any pain in my forearm, all of the pain is on the inner side of the elbow. What usually causes the pain is basically any time I use triceps, for example If I do a push-up, until about half way down I just feel a little discomfort, but when I go deeper into the push-up I feel like a tendon moves and snaps into place. It doesn’t have to be exercise though, sometimes I just extend my arm fully and I feel that snap again, or rather it feels like when you crack your bones, it just hurts a little more.
I really don’t know what it could be any more, and I can’t even go see a doctor now because of corona, so I’m kinda stuck. If anyone has an idea what it could be, I can provide more information, thanks to anyone that helps.
hi
sounds like you have medial snapping triceps syndrome. an accessory head of the triceps pushes the ulnar nerve around the corner which feels like a snap.
all you need is a good doctor to examine you. you then have the accessory head excised and move the nerve if needed.
where you based? im in Leeds.
