INNER TREMORS/VIBRATIONS!!!

Hi Ladies I am nearly three years post menopause and i cant stop shaking inside i cry every day. I had this is in peri a lot but thought it was over. It is back with a vengeance!!! I cant relax sleep or feel calm. My head is telling me some serious disease again typical meno anxiety Has anyone had this almost like a constant vibration shaking inside no let up for over a week. So tired please reassure me someone x

Hello,
So sorry you are going through this, menopause can be a nightmare, especially if you suffer from health anxiety, which i do . The inner vibrations i have suffered too , and have been worried that they indicate something serious. However, after years of them on and off, i decided they cant be serious, or i would have known about it by now. Being low in B vitamins can cause tremors, so i take supplements now, also i am on HRT ( im 51 ) . I rarely get the vibrations/ tremors now, so i guess the hormones or B vitamins were the cause.

Thank you for response i am going to start taking a vitamin supplement and see if that helps x

YeS!!! ive had them for abiut a year now and ivr rven bren in thr hospital and nobody knew what it was. some doctors guessed saying it was anxiety or hormones. i really want to go on BHRT But i might have had a possible mini strokr they arent sure of course.
what really helps the tremors that modtly come later at niggt are xanax a tiny piece… or magnesium powder called CaLM . use a small amount to start.
you have to stop worrying that doesnt help. it sounds like hormones!

i have this same feeling too. It’s awful. Been to doctors, specialists, and have had tons of tests and no solid answer. It must be menopause related. I hope it goes away for both of us because like you, it makes me anxious and i also get to the point where i cry it upsets me so much.

Yep im doing a lot of crying. I also moved house end of February then two weeks later fell ill with coronovirus. x

I had a ten year peri hell now nearly three years post meno it just never seems to end. I have been doctors many times in the past for it but no answers other than anxiety and to take an antidepressant which i did for a year during peri called mirtazapine x

oh no! I’m so sorry to hear about that. Are you okay? That’s awful!

Hi Nettie
Yes ive recovered now but anxiety hasnt unfortunately x

Hello Michelle I had the tremors , the constant shaking inside, some days so strong i thought others could feel it if they touched me. Its a living hell and please by of all means do not google. I did that once and i thought i had MS., come to find out that it is a part of peri/ meno. When i first entered peri it lasted for weeks, now i get it off and on. This hell we are in has no words. Today i am just getting by, laying on the sofa, yesterday i was ok. Praying for you hoping you get well soon.

Hi Hope forever
I am praying for you also
A living hell is exactly what it is x

Hello Ladies, what exactly is shaking inside? Sorry. I am 3 yrs meno as well and just came back from the clinic when I saw this. The reason I went is because I got alarmed when I opened my eyes in the morning and the room was spinning for a few seconds then it stopped. Prior to that, for nearly 2 months now I have this annoying left eyelidtwitch. It comes & goes. Then I feel so tired all the time and my eyelids feel so heavy. I feel light headed and nauseous sometimes and muscle movements too. It seem crazy. My vision has become more blurry. On some occassions I feel shooting star in my head. Not constants pain but in passing. I have seen eye specialist and she said dry eyes…but the eye drop and oitmenet isnt working. Thyroid has been checked and okeyed. BP ok. Worst part is explaining what I feel.
I have been recommended to see a Nuero next week Wednesday. Today I am waiting forblood test results.
Thank you for your time ladies. Prayer is my only refuge.
God Bless
