Irregular shaped white spot on penis head

Hello everyone. So a few weeks ago this white spot/bump (raised skin) has appeared on my penis head in the middle, and hasn’t changed in size really. The white bump doesn't hurt whatsoever. I believe my penis also has a mild friction burn as each time I masturbate, my penis becomes red for a few hours and then goes away. Along with these 2 issues, my penis does feel itchier than usual from time to time throughout the day. I’m really concerned about this white spot which you can see in the image. - I am not sexually active - Last time I had unprotected sex was in November 2019 - Last time I was sexually active was January 2020 - 26 years old - No history of STD/STI - I did go through a phase where I masturbated 2-3 times a day because of COVID. But now I only masturbate about 3 times a week.

Any/all help is much appreciated!!

Update: whenever I masturbate now, I see a red spot under my glans, and red spots on top by the tip

Get yourself some liquid coconut oil and apply a very light coating after drying yourself after every time you shower.
For masturbation, again apply a very light coating to the upper part of your penis, your foreskin if you are not circumcised, and to the main part of the head of your penis. Try not to get any near the Meatus, your pee-hole that is
What you are looking for is a reaction with your penile skin - hopefully this will resolve itchiness, you may have a skin condition forming, so watch for the white bump getting worse. If this happens you will need to get medical attention from your own doctor / GP, or go to any sexual health or GU Medicine service such as a GUM Clinic
Limit the amount of soap and shower gel that gets onto your penis - try to use water only in the main for washing your penis, then make sure it is fully dried after washing or showering

Ok thanks. I will give this a go and update within a few weeks! Or if I see any changes before that
