Is Alli any good? (60mg) HELP!!!

Hi Fellow slimmers,

I am hoping you can find it in your hearts to reply and help me out with some advice before I decide weather Alli is right for me.

I am 24years old, 5ft 9in Tall, BMI 27.1, I weigh 13 stone and my body fat percentage is 29.9%.

I work out 4 days a weeks & drink at least 2 ltrs of water per day.

I am due to get my implant removed from my arm on 16/07/2014 as me and my gp have agreed that this has aided my weight gain.

I am 100% willing to put in the effort to lose the extra weight and become the happy & healthy young woman i used to be HOWEVER because my BMI is below 30 my GP wot perscribe me (120mg) orlistat. I am currently on a working visa in New Zealand so i have to pay for any perscriptions or medications.

Should i invest in over the counter Alli (60mg orlistat)?

is it right for me?

does anyone have any advice at all pleeeaseee?

xxxx

i wouln,t bother till you get home if you work out % eat low fat foods you will be ok xx

Yes you can buy oristat over the counter! Speak to the chemist. Good luck

I personally would but at the end of the day it's up to you. I thought your BMI had to be over 30 to get Alli from a chemist? x

Thanks Roberta because i am living in New Zealand at the moment i have spoke to the chemist and it is going to cost $160 (82.10GBP) i dont mind paying the cost if it means it will help me get back down to a heathly weight, along with a good diet. I just want to be sure that it works before spending so much but i guess i wont know unless i try. xx

the pharmacist has said he will perscribe the 60mg orlistat to me, but because i am living in New Zealand it is going to cost $160 i just wanted to know if it was worth the money from people who already tried and tested Orlistat but like i said i guess i wont know until i try it myself. thank you for your advice =) xx

Your welcome and good luck smile x
