Is fecal calprotectin test result of 62 high?

A calprotectin level below 100 is low and would suggest that no inflammation is present.  A reading of above 250 is high and would indicate inflamnation and the likelihood of IBD.  Have you been diagnosed with IBS?   If you have been doagnosed with IBS, continue taking you IBS medication.

Hello. Thanks. No no diagnosis yet. This was my first lot of tests.

Ask for an ultrasound, a stool test for h pylori and a blood test for celiac as well if not already arranged.  These were the tests I had which were negative and I was diagnosed with IBS.  Sorry for all my typos in my last post!
