when i was about to shower, i saw that theres a tiny blood spot on my underwear and i decided to see my penis. there is something, at the edge of my penis, inside the head, like a wound .. i really have no clue how to explain this .. please help me identify what disease is this, cause when i tried to remove them, it hurts as if theyre glued to my penis..

If you've only just discovered this it is unlikely that we can help at a distance. Maybe it's an injury you didn't immediately register. If you're physically active, cycling or other sports injuries can cause what you describe. In your position I would wait a few days to see what happens. If there is still a problem, you'll need a doctor to examine you.
