i have had this for about two weeks now I went and got tested at the hospital for any STDs and it came back positive for chlamydia but most people say they don’t have symptoms from chlamydia the only symptoms they normally have is discharge and a burning sensation when you pee I do have those but I also have these white spots that burn what does it look like

it looks like a herpes out break, was a swab test done or blood ? has the sores healed ?
yes it look like herpes you should get a swab & blood test done
it has much fully healed and I got a blood and a urine sample done they just said chlamydia came back positive
im glad to hear that it is healing and that fact it is treatable STI. Others are only treatable but are for life.
