Rarely its bleeding after pooping, and hurt, its so itchy
but why so red? maybe + infection?
I don’t know exactly what it is ,it looks painful ,but I advise you to rinse at least 3 times a day or clean with lanolin wipes ,apply pure shea butter or another 100% natural ointment , you could also apply an antibacterial cream (Neosporin , Bacitracin) until you see a Dr.
You should see a DR asap ,no need to suffer longer
