I've had this rash on penis for approximately a year now . It goes away after a few days but then comes back every other month. So it's not constantly there. My question is if it's just rash or something else. Of course I googled, but I don't think it's herpes . No blisters or anything like that. It feels more like a friction burn. I never use lube when I masturbate and I don't masturbate excessively. Once a day or every other day. I never had this issue before so I don't think it's from masturbating. Should I get tested? I use Aquaphor which gets rid of it in 2/3 days . File size is too big

I would go to your doctor get it checked out. Could be anything but they can run tests and give you the treatment you need. You could go to a clinic and get tested anyway just for piece of mind. If I was to hazard a guess I would say it might be a staph infection but I’m not a doc
