Is Pshot Good For My ED Disease?

Yes, P-Shot (Priapus Shot) is a treatment that some clinics in Pakistan offer for erectile dysfunction (ED), but it is important to understand that it is not a proven cure for ED yet. The American Urological Association considers PRP treatment for ED experimental, because the evidence is still limited and inconsistent.

What is the P-Shot?

The P-Shot uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) made from your own blood. A small amount of blood is drawn, processed to concentrate platelets, and then injected into the penis. The idea is that growth factors in PRP may support tissue healing and blood flow.

Some men report improvements in erection firmness, sensitivity, and sexual function, but results vary considerably. You should therefore be cautious about clinics promising guaranteed results, permanent enlargement, or a definite cure.

Is P-Shot good for your ED?

It may be an option, particularly if your ED is related to blood-flow or vascular problems, but I would not choose P-Shot before finding out the actual cause of your ED.

ED can be associated with diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, low testosterone, medication, anxiety/stress, smoking, obesity, or penile conditions. A urologist/andrologist can determine which treatment is most appropriate.

In many cases, established ED treatments have stronger evidence than PRP/P-Shot. The AUA specifically notes that PRP should be regarded as experimental rather than a standard ED treatment.
