Its much more red in reality . And gets worse as the day goes by or when I'm sweating and tired . It itches sometimes . And I frequently get tiny pimple like bumps over it which excrete very tiny amounts of hard puss when they're going away . I've had this for two years now . I don't use anything except for a mild soap to wash my face . Please excuse the white toothpaste I have on my pimple it seems to help those tiny bumps . Could you please help me diagnose this ? Also veins show all over my face. Thank you.
