Is there a problem?

For sometime (3+ years) I believed that I've an issue regarding my health of my penis. I'm a 17 years old male that weighs 190+ pounds and 5ft7in and today is the day that I start getting this resolved because this has been here for a long time. The believed issue I'm having is that there are these puss-filled bumps and little pockets on the foreskin of my penis and Idk if I should be worried about them. There will be pictures attached to this thread to give you a visual of it.

I feel there is an issue but I honestly don't know if this is normal / temporary and I don't need to contact a doctor nor tell my parents. I understand that If I believe if there is something wrong, I should go see a doctor. But I've been afraid to do so, until now. But before doing so, I want to see if anyone out there can help and identify if there is an issue before taking that step and talking with my parents and to see my doctor.

If you have any questions, please ask and hopefully I can answer!

Note: I never had sex, however I do masturbate.

Joe the best thing is if you can talk with your father he may be able to help you. Let him take you to the doctor.  It looks like some kind of rash on the penis.  Your a young guy.  Take care of it now  Take care  Ken

Those just look like a combination of Fordyce spots, which are normal, "pearly penile papules" in pics 6 and 8 which are so common they're almost normal, and a couple of small sebaceous cysts in pics 1, 2, and 7.  Just leave the Fordyce spots and PPP alone, and if you've been picking at or scratching the sebaceous cysts, that may not help.  Just try very gentle squeezing, and then only when they're large enough that you can get something out with damaging the skin around.

I don't think there's anything to worry about there, and personally, I wouldn't see a doctor, but if you do, please let us know what they say.
