I need to know if Memantine Hydrochloride 10 mg, has Donepezil in Memantine?
Nope...memantine and donepezil and both generic names. Neither of them seem to do much good but, hey, I'll give him the pills every day anyway. Good luck and grace in your journey with, I'm assuming, Alzheimer's Disease.

"neither seem to do much good" is a very sad assumption,
it is so important if a patient is put on donepezil to make sure it is
suitable, side effects can kick in within 2/3 days,
in which case request going to memantine, there is not supposed to
be any improvement with any drug taken for dementia, but it has been
proved that those coming off treatment go downhill quickly,
possibly within several weeks,
it is important to take medication every day at the same time,
