photo quality isnt good enough but from what I can see it doesnt have the "bubble " structure like a genital wart
… what would the general advice be to do with something like this? Can San apply anything to perhaps get rid of it? Does he need to confirm with a Doctor / sexual; health service, or simply monitor it to see if it worsens?
he needs to be seen to confirm . would not recommend trying to remove it as it may just be a skin tag of sorts. once theres testing then treatment should be available for any diagnosis- it just depends on what the results turn out. could be removal, could be solved with a cream etc
