… these are Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) - certainly herpes does not present like this or any other STD I know of, they are not warts - THEY ARE classic presentation of PPP - these and the likes of Fordyce Spots are very commonly mistaken for STD’s … !

Fully agree with Wee_Dugie. These lesions are just pearly penile papules (aka coronal papillae). They are not an STD and teenagers often present with this condition because these tiny bumps become more apparent during adolescence (as a sign of sexual maturity). No treatment necessary.

Hi David, these are totally normal their official name is Fordyce spots and they are harmless and should bring you any bother its actually due to sweat glands on the penis head (The Corona).
