It's just a meno symptom ,scares the life out of you ,don't be feared by it ,Bobbins ,
Hormones having a good old kick at you ,feels like the cortisol has built up whilst you've been a sleep ,then once alert it's like a rush ,then it will drop ,then it's there again ,like the tide . Mine eases off towards evening ,but shops are a big no go ,as Trevis has said ,worse if there's a queue ,the anxiety builds up ,so I now tend to go shopping locally in the evenings ,less people in a shop to be ending up in a queue .ive been this way for going on 9 years .Stress then causes more problems ,i to have wanted to leave a shop on many occasions .
I will get odd spells when it's dropped so obviously ,the hormones have changed ,so bit of respite .
Many females at this time get there first time with IBS ,something to be aware of ,foods you were once okay with ,you no longer can eat without a problem .
You get Adrenal gland playing havoc ,have a look at what was placed by Jay ,last September time ,66 meno symptoms ,it's on site .that will help you understand what your now feeling ,good write up by her .
I'm often saying ,as today it's a Gyne anxiety day ,try getting some Bach rescue ,Handy spray for anxiety .
Go look up Jay ,she's done fair bit of meno research for ladies on here ,more info than a Dr has provided .Your be okay ,as you can see Im still here ,if that's any comfort ,hope to get up one of these days ,and hey it's all gone for good .Im in a second meno ,brought on from an illness .
