i have been waking up with numb fingers and than i started getting pain in my feets and legs amd arms. it dusin disturb my sleep only when am awake that even if i walk for a long time i really pain. Am worried i have peripheral neuropathy and am reaaly scared.
try to relax about this. Are you diabetic ? have you had any injuries or infections?first thing is don’t Google your symptoms because the information will not pertain to your situation. If this keeps going on, just call your doctor and see if you can get a check up. that’s the only way you’ll know something for sure. while you are waiting, try to stay calm and do things that relax you.
