is this Balanitis?

After masturbation with lube, I washed my penis with the wrong soap (hand soap) on ( aug 23 ) and the following 3 days i was extremely itchy, so the n i applied a cream that is combined of Betamethasone,Gentamicin, & Clotrimazole all in one. I used it 2 times a day for about 3 days then my penis was feeling sore/sensitive so i stopped the application. - now today, the redness is more noticeable. I dont know if its fungal or irritation balanitis. any input would greatly help.

Had you been using the lube regularly prior to getting this problem?
Are you saying the issue you have now has been present since August 23rd?
What you get a reaction like this you need to return your damaged penile skin back to its natural state.
DO NOT apply anything to it, including ANY soaps or other forms of body wash such as shower gel.
No creams either - simply use warn, never hot water to clean your penis with, rub gently with the inside of your hand and fingertips to clean
When you take a shower draw your foreskin as far forward to protect the head and inner-foreskin so that you can wash the rest of your body and fully rinse - then, expose the head and use the running warm shower water to clean the upper part of your penis with.
Just as important is to carefully fully dry the head and foreskin of your penis as moisture left behind can also cause a problem.
You are going to need this kind of protocol for a number of months as, when your penile skin is like this, first or all the conditions must be right for initial healing to take place, then the skin need to regain the strength and resilience it once had.
This is not a quick process and the conditions must continue to be right so the healing process can continue, without further problems - this is likely to take anywhere between 5 and 9 months for full recovery to take place.
Unfortunately masturbation and sex greatly hinder this process and the best approach is to abstain - if you feel the need you must greatly restrict the amount of masturbation, and you MUST NOT use any lube.
My suggestion would be to try to restrict yourself to once per week, for a brief period as possible as the friction involved in masturbation WILL further weaken and potentially damage you recovering penile skin

i have exact same symptoms as you. i had sex with a condom then it broke… i went to clean my penis with soap thinking it would do something…
The next day i had slight irritation on my glans and little bumps (like yours) i went to a sexual health clinic and it came back negative.

have you found a solution yet?

My issue also looks similar to yours. I’m going to go see a urologist to find a possible cause within the next month or so, but I tested negative for stds, trichomonas, and mycoplasma were also included with my GP later on. It has been ongoing for a few months now. CeraVe moisturizer seems to help keep the irritation down though.
