I need help! Im a little freaked out about it and idk what it is, i noticed it a week ago it doesn't hurt, no fluid in it or anything at all . all i can think of what it might be is extra skin like a skin tag maybe?

yes i am sexually active and to be honest i really dont know how long it has been there. and no, there is no pain, i really think it may be excess skin, and never noticed it
is the skin tag above the vagina opening and the bottom as well ? top looks normal to me.
its on the bottom . I just remembered that when i had was giving birth to my child, i remember the doctors telling me they had to cut a certain part of my vagina because i was having trouble. i dont remember where but after that, they sowed me up. this was a long time ago though so maybe its been there the entire time and never noticed?
