Yesterday a case of very itchy scrotum/testicle area made me take a good look at my junk and i had a freak out upon noticing what looked like lesions and weird wrinkly, dry and seemingly cracking skin all over my balls and slightly on the shaft, some google searching and presumption made me think right away this must be some STD, most likely herpes, the last time i had sex was nearly a month ago on the 30th of November and it was protected vaginal sex however i got bare oral sex and performed oral sex on her and also at some point did rub skin to skin contact penis to vagina but without penetration, today after more googling, i think other possibilities could be jock itch or scrotal eczema but im thinking the worst may be the case too, i have no clue if this is what herpes would look like on the scrotum, need opinions please
i’ve already decided to make an appointment for an STD at PP but had no apps until Monday so until then im dealing with it, i can’t lie it doesn’t feel as bad today but im still on edge
