Is this the start of a herpes outbreak? I was examined by my doctor earlier this week and she didnt think it was herpes, possibly a different sti or bacterial infection. It is painless, and it doesnt hurt when I go to the toilet. Ive also had no cold or flu-like symptoms. Also, I often suffer from vaginal redness every now and then. Im very worried !!!

I had protected sex 2 weeks ago. However, my boyfriend does suffer from oral coldsores. They are triggered from the sun or if he is unwell. He wasnt showing any symptoms of one. We have clear and great communication about it.

I have had vaginal redness since last friday, but the red patches in the above pictures only appeared yesterday. I took more pictures when I woke up this morning and it doesnt seem as bad? the patches on the other side completely disappeared.

maybe a yeast infection? judging from the white discharge?
