A couple weeks ago I had itching on the shaft and around the circumcision line of my penis, as well as the anal and thigh area. I soon found a bump on below the front of my glans near the frenulum and it hasn’t grown or shrunk since. I also had an outbreak of oral herpes at this time but that went away. I last had unprotected intercourse around summer of last year. Also, I can’t remember if this bump below my frenulum was there to begin with or if it is new. I have an image below.
