Idk if im thinking too hard but is this herpes??? Im freaking out about the possibility it is because im only 22. Pictures on google look much worse and its not painful or itchy. I only noticed because the water stung in the shower. I had unprotected sex with someone new sept 13 but that was the last time. I noticed october 21.

none of them hurt or itch. the one only stung in the shower when the water hit (first picture). i only noticed the other two because i got a mirror to look down there but i never physically felt them.
