Hi, received unprotected oral 5 months ago and had complications since.
Greater need to pee, bumpy penis head and general irritated feeling with penis.
Been checked for standard stis and pee test for herpes. GUM clinic wouldnt test without open wound to swab.
I have just realised i have had a painful anus since this happened. Put down to over wiling as had looser stools.
Can you anal herpes from receiving oral?
Is this cut anal herpes? I will go GUM asap but wanted to get a view.
this looks more like a fungal infection.

I now have some small cuts near the top of my bum, towards the bottom of the crack. Could this be herpes?
I had a small cut which only went away 2 weeks ago which were in a different place. Again near my bum.
As i said above i received unprotected oral 7months ago. i dont recall any contact with my anus so would i get an infection there?
I will go to another doc but looking for some thoughts before i can get there.
