it started about a week ago my anus was itching really bad i looked down there i didnt notice anything and yesterday when i looked i had this. i just finished meds for BV and UTI i dont know if its from either of thoes or scratching it and wiping to hard.
do they have any type of pain ? are you experiencing any unusual discharge? it does look like herpes to me so you should get tested just to be sure
thanks for the reply. no pain, no discharge im so scared to get tested & it comes back positive but i know thats the best thing to do to figure this out
Hi Kristen, it’s very hard to tell as yeast sores and herpes sores can be easily mistaken. Herpes is usually really painful, but anal yeast is really rare. I wish I could reassure you and give a more precise opinion. Getting swabbed is the only way to confirm.
