i devloped these on my anus. im not sure if its herpes it itches and stings a little but nothing super painful. Im hoping it could be from when i scratched myself a few days ago.
i would honestly wait and see what it does during this weather change it is easy for the crack to get dry and skin may split i would try some hydrocortisone cream kn it and see if that helps.
pls give more info. have you recently had anal sex? first outbreak would appear where it happened. second, could be just fissures or a rash.
