Is this herpes or a boil?

I noticed this on my inner labia a couple of days ago! It started off as a hard lump with white tip and then turned into this (which felt tender to touch). No itchiness or sensations before. it burst the next day! anything would be helpful!
i have been diagnosed with Hsv-1 but no known outbreaks orally or genitally.

Ingrown hair would be my guess. Doesn’t appear to be a herpes ulcer…

Do you shave? I looks like a ingrown hair but if you want to be 100% sure maybe contact a doctor! but to me looks like an ingrown hair, that happens to me when i shave.
