Is this Herpes or eczema??

ive been getting these tiny itchy bumps for the past year or so. 98% of my underwear are thongs. I do workout as well. when I get this, its always itchy. usually in the same area, but never exact spot. they dont blister and they are tiny and flesh colored and get slighlty raw on the top of them. ive always thought it was due to wiping and thong irritation. Once im aware of it, i keep out of thongs and its usually clear in 3 days. urination or anything doesnt burn. ive thought it could be herpes but it never looks like any pics ive seen and its always more itchy than painful. i do have eczema. could that be it?, or some rare manifestation of herpes??

i have something similar, thought it was a yeast infection but went to get tested anyways.. the doctor told me its a infected hair follicle but im not convinced image

hey , do your bumps ever turn into sores or do they just stay like that , also do you get any other symptoms like nerve pain in your legs and bum xx

hey, no they never turn into sores or clusters . thats pretty much how it stays before it goes away. minor tenderness to the touch or if underwear rubs against it but nothing too bad. i havent experienced any nerve pain

ive had something similar. i already went to the doctor and he said its not herpes and it looks like an infected hair follicle but theres another one in a place where hair wouldnt grow so im not sure. im thinking contact dermatits. Symtoms similar to a yeast infection. not feeling sick at all or anything like that

i think im having the same thing i have red bumps, but they dont turn into sores or have anything in them, they just itch! and my labia majora is swollen and today started to get a cottage cheesy discharge

that sounds like a possible yeast infection

no, its gone. thats the weird part thats the worse it gets 3 days max and its gone

ok i had a little burn i think that sored up but went away in 2 days but now i have these little red bumps. idk if its an allergic reaction but im waiting for my results
