I was recently tested for hsv 1 and 2 and both came back negative. Its been about 3 weeks and i noticed part of my foreskin was red and inflamed as well as a dot on the head of my penis.
So now im wondering if it was to early to detect in the blood test
Possibly, but could also be a rash or some other kind of infection. If you can see a doctor soon get it swab tested for herpes before it heals up, so you know if it is or not.
Thank you for the response. I’m hoping thats all it is. i don’t have any pain or discomfort but i am still waiting on an appointment with my primary.
wait 6 months to get tested.
