IS THIS HERPES??

Im 19y, i have this sores in mu vagina, i saw this post and mines look exactly the same like hers, do you think it is a bacterial infection like hers???
Like one month ago one appear after shaving, and disappear with an antibiotic cream, this one appears after shaving too.
PLEASE HELP ME, im scare!!
