i didnt notice anything before this, it didnt hurt when i urinated or anything like the symptoms really said but im really really nervous
Usually there is only painful urination due to the urine touching off the blisters or a blister in the urethra itself.
I do see some raised area on the right side but I wouldn’t be too concerned. Wait and see what happens if they become painful/itchy and break down the get them swabbed.
On your next std check ask them to add herpes in as it’s not routinely tested for.

looks like what i had, tested positive for HSV-1. but will not know until you have it swabbed could be something else.
