I had unprotected sex and about 3 days later I had a sore pop up. More gradually started popping up the next couple days and now I have four of them. The internet and my research leads me to believe its herpes. They are painful and especially when I pee and my urine hits them (burning sensation kinda). There is an itch but its manageable. I'm just very worried and any input would help. (p.s. sorry for the graphic images and not groomed area)
Definitely could be herpes with your symptoms but also could be bacterial from a dirty razor.
Best thing to do is get it swabbed while it’s still there! Demand for a swab if the doctor doesn’t want to! It is the most accurate.

did you ever find out what this was? i wondered if it was a contact dermatitis or also from shaving, but the shaving cream… totally didnt think of a dirty razor!
