I recently had sex with my boyfriend, maybe 4 days ago. It was our first time having sex in about 6 months, so it was kind of painful for me even though we used lube. No, we did not use a condom. The next day, I started to feel super sick, throwing up and having diarrhea, it stopped after 1 day. I thought it was just food poisoning, but now I have a killer headache and I feel so weak and dizzy and nothing seems to help. Now, I have a sore throat, but I do not know if it is just because I slept with the air conditioning on or not because I did not give him oral sex. I gave myself a look at my vagina after I wiped and I felt a sharp pain. At first it looked like a little friction sore, but now I have found more. They do not burn or itch, just pain when I touch them. The sores are not bumpy, they are misshaped and white and smooth.
I have a little discomfort/burning while peeing. I have had BV before and it is starting to produce that smell. Can someone please let me know what they think. Thank you.
