I have these bumps in the area between my vaginal opening and my anus. I'm thinking that it may be as a result of friction from my skin rubbing together at that point since it looks so uniform, but I'm also worried that it could potentially be herpes since I unwisely had unprotected sex back in October. It is painful and wearing underwear aggravates it by rubbing against it even more (which also may be a possibilty of why its there).
I have the same issue, I posted the other day and someone told me it could be thrush from a yeast infection! I’ve been putting itch cream down there to help with irritation!

looks like fordyce spots, but i dont think those should itch, so maybe the irritation is separate from the bumps. i get irritated when i use some soaps and cleansers. maybe try some ph balance vagisil or summers eve wash.
