Today i woken up to itching so bad and my vagina has swollen quite a bit, I have also been getting quite alot of thin clear discharge and im wondering .. is this herpes or something?

Doesn’t look like herpes, but something else might be going on.
Looks normal to me…
maybe irritated from soaps or laundry liquids ect
warm or cool compress could help
but doctor if it does not change soon would be something id consider
