This week I got a red rash with small red dots on my tip of penis and red looking rash around the foreskin, I washed it it with soap and it seemed like most of the red dots went away but upon further inspection I found these I’m not sure if I had them there always or not
And with a pimple tht looked like herpes /Cold sore because it did not have a single spot like a pimple but few little white heads in one, if it’s a cold sore then I’m sure I have hpv
thats a spot id stick a warm compress on it an give it a squeeze the spots on the penis are fordyce
I tried squeezing its not a single head but maybe three little white ones was on it
